Heavy monsoon rains and flash floods across Pakistan have killed at least 46 people since Tuesday, with the highest death toll of 22 recorded in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, followed by 13 deaths in Punjab, seven in Sindh, and four in Balochistan.
